VPN credentials not received after sanbox reservation

Hi there,

I tried to reserve 3 times "Open NX-OS Programmability AlwaysOn" Sandbox. However, I do not receive any VPN Credentials to connect to it.

The first email I receive mentions that I will receive a second email with your lab’s access credentials but the information is not there. This is what I have:

Enter your lab's private VPN connection information:

Lab Network Address:
Username:
Password:

As you can see information after the colon (:) is missing.

I am writing this because it seems like that this problem has not been spotted by Cisco.

Since this is AlwaysOn sandbox, you don't need to reserve it- it's available for everyone. If you click on a lab, and then "Instructions", under "Access Details" you'll see the connection parameters to the nxos instance that is available for everyone.

If you want to reserve your very own instance of a lab, I'd suggest to use "IOS XE on Cat8kv" which also includes N9K along with XE and XRv.
