&lt;DIV&gt;We are trying to provide access to the portal, for the end customer, but whenever we try to access, we are redirected to the page:&lt;/DIV&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Cinco F.&lt;BR /&gt;I hope you are doing well.&lt;BR /&gt;I have checked the Information you provided in the Private message and the user has the correct role Added and A manual SYNC is required to show the changes in the SNTC portal due to Bug&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCwh03453" target="_blank"&gt;https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCwh03453&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;.&lt;BR /&gt;Once the Manual sync get completed, I will let you know.&lt;BR /&gt;Kind regards.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
