SPAN Port limitation on Switch

I would like to know the limitation of local span session on below mentioned switches. How many span session can be created on below mentioned switches ?

Is there any command to check fetch the details from switch itself ?

WS-C4900M -- IOS :- 15.0(2)SG7

WS-C3560G-48TS-E -- IOS :- 12.2(44)SE5

"Catalyst 4900M, Catalyst 4948E, Supervisor Engine 6-E, and Supervisor Engine 6L-E allow a maximum of 16 SPAN/RSPAN sessions ( 8 concurrent sessions with Rx sources and 8 concurrent sessions with Tx sources). Bidirectional sources count as both Rx and Tx. All other supervisor engines allow a maximum of 6 sessions (2 concurrent sessions with RX sources and 4 concurrent sessions with Txsources)."
