Hello. I don´t know if this will works for all, but at least to my goes fine. I had to migrate the config to a new S370 and gave me that error. I just change the time on Wsa to a date before on May 1st 2016 and that let me charge the backup configuration.

I too had this issue when migrating from S300 to S690. It was fixed after removing the below lines and contents from the backup XML.
