https://community.cisco.com/t5/cisco-bug-discussions/cscvp75113-issue-with-connecting-to-external-database/m-p/3876145#M9498 <P>Hi,</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>regarding to our Case...<BR />The workaround "restart the node" is not correct or incomplete.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>First you need passwords with a maximum of 29 characters.</P><P>And in our scenario after we set the password, the databases gone green again but on our IMP publisher the service “Cisco XCP Text Conference Manager” didn’t came up while on the IMP Subscriber it does.
