Whitelist SLACK on WSA

Hi Everyone,

I need to allow particular group to have access to Slack. Slack comes with very long URL list: https://pipedrive.slack.com/help/urls which I think is not really good way to solve the issue just by adding all those URLs.

I wonder is there any best practice to solve this issue? I checked IM types in Application settings and didn't see Slack there.

This is what the domain map and bypass by category features were intended for. You can override DNS resolution for their ip ranges and tie their IPs to a domain name. Then use that in a category to set that traffic to bypass...
Or just add their list of domain names to a custom category and set it to bypass...
Also, if Slack is using UDP, the WSA won't see it, your firewall rules may need a change...
