I have a unusual problem. The network consists of CallManager 3.1.3 within the core site and remote sites with 2621. The 2621 are connected to the IPWAN and PSTN.

When dialing onnet to the site and forwarding the phones all works fine, but when dialing from the PSTN and forwarding fines the phones do not forward. All else appears to be okay.

Thanks

The problem is specific to PSTN forwarding.

When an incoming PSTN call enters our network, and is directed to a DN and that DN is forwarded to a PSTN number, the forward fails.

Keep in Mind

- Forwarding works with On Net calls

- Call Search Spaces are correct

- Out bound calls can be made

Thanks

Did you ever get an answer to this problem? I have experienced something similar and found that the solution was to put a CSS on the forwarding (all, busy, no answer) tab of the line apperance. Even though I had the same CSS on the device it would not allow PSTN calls to be forwarded until I put the CSS on the forwarding destination tab. Internal calls forwarded no problem.

Dan
