&lt;P&gt;You will need to upgrade cucm to version 9.1.2 and apply latest device pack for 9.1.2 on all servers followed by cluster reboot. This will also enable the support for 78xx series phones.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; line-height: normal;"&gt;Current Callmanager version is &lt;SPAN style="font-family: Verdana;"&gt;9.1.1.20000-5. Now we are going to upgrade it to 9.1.2.10000-28. The device pack which we are going to install is &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: Verdana;"&gt;9.1(2)(14103-1).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: Verdana;"&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: Verdana;"&gt;I have following queries:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
