RTMT - Only first 200 will be monitored

Hi,

in RTMT-->Voice/video-->Device Search, When I search for Phones Unregistered it only shows the first 200 devices,

I have about 2,000 devices.

I realize that the RTMT cannot pull more than 200 in this search, someone can explain to me why?

RTMT has a few limitations like that.

Prime Collab doesnt.

If you need to see which devices are unregistered in CUCM, an easy way is to simply search for desired devices in CUCM, then adjust the search URL to define the max count as i.e.:

https://X.X.X.X/ccmadmin/phoneFindList.do?lookup=false&multiple=true&rowsPerPage=2000&pageNumber=1

then copy and past the results into Excel and filter/sort by "Status" column.

Thanks, I have PCA so I can see there. I'm asked about the RTMT just to know the reason why I cannot search more then 200
