We use broadsoft along with cisco ata192 for analog phones. I am trying to use the speed dial 100 feature which is setup with the prefix #. I can use the add feature through the phone and it will show up in broadsoft. When I try to dial out with # then the two digit code as soon as I hit # it immediately goes to a busy signal. unless I hit #9. If I use the feature on a regular IP phone not ATA it works just fine.
