8865 PCC - Handset without function

Hello,

I am using a cisco 8865. It is a new phone, just 4 weeks old.

when i'm on the phone, it works perfectly with the built-in speaker.

however, nothing happens when the handset is picked up. neither the call is answered nor can i hear or speak into the handset

any Solution?

Was it working before and stopped working now? or has it never worked?

In the beginning everything was usable normally.

thought I had set a parameter incorrectly and did a factory reset and start again

Do you happen to remember what have you changed? I guess upon factory reset and applying again the parameters you have reset a couple of times the phone
