Speed dial limiting entries.

Having an issue with some users attempting to setup Speed dialing on Cisco 8841 Phones. The Directory is being limiting to the number is spaces left on the screen. If they try to access speed dials they entered (Pressing down on round button on the phone) they only see 3 entries on the screen. Cannot locate any information in changing this in CUCM. the users basically wants to press the down button on the phone and see all the users they entered into the directory from self care. Any help with this? System version: 10.5.2.13900-12

That's not configurable, last time I tested that I got 6 entries, might want to try with the latest FW for that model.

Unfortunately, this is working as intended at the moment.

The SDs you see in the favorites menu (pressing the down button) are tied to phone buttons. In order the SDs to be listed there, you need to have the SDs defined in the phone button template. However, the 8841's phone button template is limited only to 10 buttons.
