topic Cisco Jabber - Call Pickup Group issue in IP Telephony and Phones

Hello,

on CUCM we have several DN and each is part of a call pickup group, there are 5-6 call pickup group configured and they are all used. A person uses only the Jabber for Windows (so he does not have any other telephones or physical telephones) and is part of the pickup group (for example) "601" together with other employees. The person who owns the Jabber not only wants to be able to answer calls from call pickup group 601 but would like to be able to potentially answer all company calls, therefore those affecting all existing phones in his company. How can you allow you to take calls from any employee?

Thanks

I am not aware of your Jabber version. Have a look on below feature configuration guide for jabber 12.8 and it explains the group pickup
