    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning.&amp;nbsp; I am trying to check my voicemail, as it says I have messages, but I am unable to get into the account.&amp;nbsp; I do not recall setting up a password/code, nor is anything working that was given to me when we took the training.&amp;nbsp; How may I access my messages and reset my voicemail code?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You will need to contact your IT support for help with this as they would have configured your telephone services and the voice mail box.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
