Looking to purchase a BT wireless headset for Cisco softphone. Not sure what's compatible. Any suggestions please?!

You can search the exact softphone you will use + headset compatibility to find documentation, or go directly to the vendor site like Jabra or Logitech and most usually they have compatibility information from their own testing.

Thank you. I am going to be more specific. I have a Cisco IP communicator 8660 CDP Driver Version 1.(0.2)built, Softphone, Voice Engine Version 3.5.0.0. My computer has Jabra Direct so I can use my Dell Pro Stero Headset UC150. I hate it. I want to purchase a BT/wireless headset so I am not tied to my desk. However, my IT department will not support my purchase or download any software I may need.

That being said, what is my best option? Is a speaker with a USB an option or is there a wireless headset that would work? Thank you - and sorry but I know nothing about this and I am flying solo here!
