    <description>&lt;P&gt;My cisco phone keeps going into outbound calls. While i am waiting for a call it goes in and out of outbound call. And while i am on a call it will go into outbound calls and hang up on the caller. I am not having any luck with the IT department were i work so i thought i would reach out vere.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
