    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a CP-8832-MIC-WLS wireless mics that will not pair to the CP-8832-K9. I have two of the conference phones and two mic kits that I've tried this with and they will not pair.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Start Pairing on the Conference phone, then press and hold the mute button for 3 seconds until the white light starts flashing. Tried this on and off the charging Unit.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Press and hold the mute button until the white light starts flashing the start pairing on the Conference Phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I've tried resetting the conference phone then retrying the above.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I see no other settings on the device&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Active Load ID: sip8832.12-1-1-23&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Inactive Load ID: sip8832.12-5-1-16&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;UCM Version:&amp;nbsp;11.5.1.15900-18&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this not compatible with our UCM Version?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It should work with &amp;nbsp;CUCM 11.X.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Upgrade the firmware and try pairing..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For pairing the MICS, Make sure you are follow the steps described in the below guide.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
