topic Auto Guest Call in IP Telephony and Phones

I have a question. Can Cisco call guest automatically?

For example, I have 50 VIPs that I would like to invite to an event. Can I have Cisco call them and tell them there is an event (event details) and then ask them if they would like to attend, please press 1, and if not, please press 2, rather than calling them one by one?

Can Cisco do this?

Cisco is a company and not just a single product.

Cisco CMS has a blast dial feature, but not the capability to ask them to press buttons.
And also no other product AFAIK

The only other way I can think to tackle this would be Webex Connect (CPaaS) flow. That doesn't tackle the actual meeting aspect, just the out dial to the users to remind them. I suppose the flow could initiate a transfer if they pressed one to whatever the meeting platform is - but they would appear as generic "dial-in user" since the flow would presumably have, at most, the dial-in number and conference/meeting ID.
