    <description>&lt;P&gt;Current active load setting on phone is 12-0-1sr1-1.&amp;nbsp; Is there a way to update this to 12-5-SR3 or newer?&amp;nbsp; Current setting won't work with our IP service and was told we need as least the 5 or newer.&amp;nbsp; Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just install the new firmware in CM. That will update the device to the newly installed version. The process for this is well documented.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
