Why are you posting this question in a Cisco Collaboration forum?
First: It has nothing to do with Cisco phones.
Second: If you have problems with your Switch / Router config, then why don't you post it in the networking forum?
Third: Have you even checked, if your 3rd party phone supports LLDP, understands the concept of "voice lan", ...? You can't just plug it in like a Cisco phone and expect everything to work the same way.

Hi @sarfarazqadry2008

If your Mitel phone is getting IP address on the Access Vlan, why dont you send the informations it needs through the DHCP option and allow it to join your Mitel Voip system?

The Voice vlan it is a feature used for Cisco phone but may not be a requirement for Mitel phones.

"The voice VLAN feature permits the switch ports to carry voice traffic with Layer 3 IP precedence and Layer 2 class of service (CoS) values from an IP phone. Based on IEEE 802.1p CoS, the switch supports quality of service (QoS) which uses classification and scheduling to send network traffic from the switch. You can configure the Cisco IP phone to forward traffic with an IEEE 802.1p priority, and configure the switch to trust or override the traffic priority assigned by an IP phone."
