topic Cisco 8811 "Provide the migration license" error in IP Telephony and Phones

I purchased a Cisco CP-8811-3PCC on ebay. I was planning on using it at home with my yeastar pbx or voip.ms. When I first received the phone I did a factory reset and I am getting a "provide the migration license" error.

At work I use cisco webex and using webex utility I can add the phone to my webex account with a migration, so at least I can use the phone for my home office but I thought this version of phone was ready to work with any voip provider. Would I have deleted the license when I factory rebooted it ? Is there any way to use this phone with a 3rd party voip provider or am I going to be stuck using it with webex ?
