Bonjour, j'ai essayé de mettre a jour un cp7841, sans succès.

Il me manque un fichier nommé: CTLSEP00562B625C04.tlv

Auriez vous une idée?

Neither important nor a mandatory requirement for the basic operation of the phone. The error about missing TLV file can be ignored.

according to this post: How to create CTLSEP<MAC>.tlv file. - Cisco Community
there was in the past a Cisco CTL Client tool available to create the file
but if you follow the link in the post,
Cisco Unified Communications Manager Version 8.5 - Retirement Notification - Cisco
it says thee tool is EOL, a long time ago, so it may not be available through official Cisco support anymore
