The thing is I am able to get it working if I plug the ATA into our Gust Wifi at the office, it shows as online right away in Control Hub. The issue is when I plug it into our network, the ATA gets an IP on the network but we aren't seeing any traffic attempting to go out to the internet through our Firewall.&nbsp;</P><P>I've included a screenshot of the debug log. I had enabled remote HTTPS management and was able to successfully login one time but then as soon as the ATA registered when I try to go to the login page I get "connection refused" message in the browser. I am also no longer able to get a response on the Ethernet (LAN) port... I get no response from 192.168.15.1.
