I looking for some help on configuring a Cisco Router that is connected to a Bintec Router connected to the Cisco Router via ISDN BRI. The connection is coming up as Multiple Frame Established but as outgoing call from the router to connect to a remote customer through the Cisco VoIP Router will not connect.

The floowing is the path:

Telco---isdn BRI----Cisco Router---isdn BRI----Bintec Router.

Below is a debug of the call:

*Apr 11 22:59:31.011: ISDN BR0/1/0 Q931: RX <- SETUP pd = 8 callref = 0x63

        Bearer Capability i = 0x8090A3

                Standard = CCITT

                Transfer Capability = Speech

                Transfer Mode = Circuit

                Transfer Rate = 64 kbit/s

        Channel ID i = 0x83

                Preferred, Any B-channel

        Calling Party Number i = 0x81, '4444'

                Plan:ISDN, Type:Unknown

        Called Party Number i = 0x81, '8030757744912'

                Plan:ISDN, Type:Unknown

        High Layer Compat i = 0x9181

*Apr 11 22:59:35.061: ISDN BR0/1/0 Q931: RX <- RELEASE_COMP pd = 8 callref = 0x63

        Cause i = 0x80E6 - Recovery on timer expiry

*Apr 11 22:59:35.061: ISDN BR0/1/0 **ERROR**: L3_BadPeerMsg: event 0x5A cr 0xE3 callid 0x0

Also the same router is connected to a ISDN Modem via a BRI used to dial out to customers too. The connection only has layer 1 and Layer 2 is TEI-Assigned.

Attached is the configuration Currently on the router. It is located in Germany.

Can anyone suggest changes to make the Bintec able to dial out and the ISDM PC Modem. This router is used for Cisco IP Phones which is working properly.

Any configuration help would be appreciated.
