    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In my CCM 4.1(3)when I try to run any report using the CAR tool, the reports are blank... all the values show 0.... however I have checked the SQL database, there I could find entries available in the CDR tables...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What would be problem ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
