Go to update phones, add directory number. "Add to Query" under Paramiters select "User hold audio source" go to value select "source" then "Set Value" check reset devices. At this point I can view results and see my directory numbers I want to change. I click update. My phone resets.... I go to call manager admin. no change on my extension. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG? it will not make the change.
