    <description>&lt;P&gt;i am facing one issue with one cisco ip  phone 7960 regarding call forwarding .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my ccm server is 4.1.3 version&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i am attaching the  cdr error report and normal cdr report with this. normaly call type is simple in cdr . but in the error  phone i am getting call type is forward how i can rectify this issue ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;kindly send your valubale reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
