    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Got issue with a customer, once in a while, when the reception drag and drop, a call to transfer it, the AC Freeze for few second, then the call get transfer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It happen on different Transfer Pattern, sometimes, 1 or 2 per 1-2 days. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any Clue ? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Martin&lt;/P&gt;</description>

What is the firmware version loaded on the phones?Is this happening to all the phones or just one?  The version of CallManager and do you have any SR or ES?  Need more details to help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have this issue at several sites. All CUCM 7.X and mixed phone types. Some of the sites are upgrades. It does not seem to be phone type specific.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
