dear all

I have a asa 2100 series and want to download the AnyConnect package for a trial but facing some issues

1 for a trial I had to add a demo license with the asa serial number but when I try that it giving a error that the product type is not recognize

2 the client software cannot be download without a license how can I get a trial version

please help

Maybe you took the SN from the device paper:

There are situations where the SN from show version is different than the paper one.

Have you tried with the SN from show version?

To be more exact take the SN from the show inventory.
The one from show version can be different because of a software bug. There are situations and situations.
