Cisco ASA webvpn connection failed for internal sites and external

I have some issues with the webvpn on my cisco asa 5525X.
Our users can access this from the outside, to collect anyconnect client and go to some inside webservices, but not all of these webservices will work, most of them works fine but some works if we access then on http but not on https and other we can't access we get "connection filed to server" anyone that can point me in any direction to solve this?

do you use any certificate to auth the any connect to ASA ?

*.domain certificate from Digicert, on the outside and inside.
