    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;i have cisco MediaSense 10.5 , after changing the Ip confguration of the server i get the error message "unable to login as Config service is down"&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;i used the command :&lt;SPAN&gt;utils service restart Cisco MediaSense Configuration Service and service is started but i still have the same error when i tried to access to administration interface or record and paly interface of MediaSense&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;i restarted the service twice but the same error&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;any help please&lt;/P&gt;
