In UDS can we retrieve an user image

UDS itself does not store images. So the answer is no.

That said, UDS may store information that will allow your application to access images off-box or in another method.

For example, UDS will give you information that CUCM may have imported from LDAP (such as userid or mail), that may allow you to access another server or service (e.g. a web server serving up images with filenames including userid) that has image data.
