    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dear Support Team!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need some help with a VXML Script by one of our customer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We use such scripts by other customers too, they are working fine. Only this one will not work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have attached the script file (tvm_allDW.vxml), the music file (tvm.wav) and the show tech, show run, show version commands output., and some older test files, debugs (sh_tech_debug_30.05.2016.txt, sh_run_ver_debug.txt)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It should work so:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;By all incoming call, if the caller calls directly an extension, the caller should hear the music.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As I told, the same script works fine by other customers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have already tried to communicate with Cisco TAC, but they didn't find the solution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope somebody can help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
