Get CTI calls events

Hi,

My need is simple and couldn't get any information/solution from the support

From a web based application, I would like to get all calls events from a specific phone number.

I want to know:

- who is calling

- who picked up the phone

- how long last the call

- etc.

I didn't succeed to get a sample code from this site.

Can someone help me out?!

Hi Geevarghese,

I tried to implement this solution but my company adminsitrator told me that they are not using a CME router, the example you gave me won't work

He told me to connect directly to the UCCX database and run queries every 2 seconds to get live data.

I'm not thrilled about this solution since a lot of calls will be made against the database...

In addition, I don't know where to find live incoming call from a user to the call center?

Any ideas?
