topic Use Cisco TSP to monitor hunt group login / log out? in Call Control

We make an accessible application for the blind wanting to use Cisco phones. Unfortunately, a blind user cannot know if they are logged in to a hunt group or not. We want our accessible application to tell them. However, I do not believe the TSP can give our application this information.

Questions:

1. Can the TSP give our application this information?

2. If not, what other API should we use to access this information from CUCM?

Thanks.

Dustin

I don't think you can get the login/out status neither. Let me study if you can get it in any way, and get back to you later.

Hi Txuan,

Did you determine if there was a better API we should be using to alert a user whether or not they are logged in to a hunt group? Thanks.

Dustin
