    <description>&lt;P&gt;Replace "/quiet" for "/qb!" and you'll see a hint as to why it fails -- most likely the product not being installed. The package ID changes from version to version, so if you want something that will uninstall that specific version you need the correct ID. If you don't want to bother with the details, and aren't afraid of uninstalling other programs called "Proximity" you can just run&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;PRE&gt;wmic path win32_product where 'Name = "Proximity"' call Uninstall&lt;/PRE&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, my client is having problems with Proximity uninstallation, the command: "&lt;SPAN&gt;MsiExec.exe /x{8999ABFB-6B56-46F1-977A-69E0E9B79B51} /quiet" is not working for them.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;they performed mass installation with "msiexec /I "%DIR_SETUP%\Software\X64\Proximity.msi" /qn /norestart ALLUSERS=1 LAUNCHPROXIMITY=1ACCEPTEULA=1 DISABLEAUTOUPGRADE=0 /l %MsiFile%".&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any advice is more than welcome. thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
