Sorry guys to buzzer with a silly Q, Is AMP4E cloud "to manage my endpoints" is the same AMP cloud "that do file disposition" [private, hybrid, cloud] deployment or there would be a difference.

AMP Cloud is the same for both AMP for Endpoints (now known as Cisco Secure Endpoint) and AMP for Networks. Think of AMP Cloud as a central backend that includes dispositions for various integrations (endpoints, firewall, email, web, umbrella, ...).

In case you are looking into a hybrid / private cloud deployment you would have a AMP Cloud running locally in your DC from which you could manage your endpoints (AMP for Endpoints) or just use it for AMP Integration with your firewalls etc.
