      <title>Umbrella SIG breaks Microsoft Onenote Sync</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm running Cisco anyconnect version 4.9 latest release, we are testing the SIG functionality. I have seen it repeatably break the Microsoft Onenote Sync, the only way to recover is to stop the services and restart Onenote. I have left the services down for 2 days and no Onenote issues. We don't see anything in the Umbrella portal nothing proxied or blocked. TAC case being opened and DART logs are taken anybody else seen this behaviour?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
