Hi Rajmish,

Based on my experience, best is to point the DNS to umbrella and add the vlan as a separate internal network on the portal for flexibility and control over the POS machine network policies. This will ensure your OT machine network is protected with Umbrella within minutes.

Regards.

Pulkit

Please mark this helpful if you are happy with the response, and accept the solution.

Hi Team,

I am evaluating on Umbrella integration and usage with POS Terminals and machine. The machine is mobile and can be anywhere.

Is there a way or method to integrate it with Cisco Umbrella. Any inputs on this will be helpful,

So if it's windows underneath, you could put the agent on it.
Otherwise you can set its DNS servers to Umbrella, or internal servers that get their DNS from Umbrella

The trick is that you'll all get one policy... that might be fine, it might not be.
If you need them to get a different policy, there are a couple of ways to do it.
You may want to talk to your local Umbrella SE to walk through all of the options.

________________________________

This email is intended solely for the use of the individual to whom it is addressed and may contain information that is privileged, confidential or otherwise exempt from disclosure under applicable law.
