Relabeling an Uncategorized URL

I don't have a valid CCO id with Cisco, just guest access, but I need to get an uncategorized url relabeled as a valid url. Is there a way to get this done without having a CCO id? The url is 8bitsoul.com, and it should be labeled under entertainment. Any help would be appreciated.

If you ever have a customer who has issues accessing the https://securityhub.cisco.com/web/submit_urls due to permission issues… The team that fixes this can be reached web-help@cisco.com. Simply provide the customers CCO ID and the page they are trying to reach.
