    <description>&lt;P&gt;The SWG service needs to enabled from the console.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can enable by individual enpoint under Roaming Computer, select the hostname you want and select Enable SWG agent. You can also enable globally by clicking the top right corner in Roaming computers for Settings and click on the Enable SWG toggle. Detailed steps here:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://docs.umbrella.com/umbrella-user-guide/docs/selective-enablement" target="_blank"&gt;https://docs.umbrella.com/umbrella-user-guide/docs/selective-enablement&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We recommend to test with a few users first before enabling globally since a web proxy is more complex than just plain DNS, the SWG feature is disabled by default. Build all your policies, test business critical apps, etc before making the global change.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Can not start Umbrella SWG agent</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have deployed Secure Client with Umbrella module to a few selected users, however i want to enable SWG for the roaming computers and enabled it but i can't start the Umbrella SWG agent service on the PCs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I get the following error as attached picture....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="3.JPG" style="width: 541px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.cisco.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/218734i37A0EF4BA537B6AE/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="3.JPG" alt="3.JPG" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
