Seasons Greetings!!

We use CWS and in order for the proper policy to be applied in the field authUserName: MyDomain\XXXXXX there need to be a user account and not a system account.

I have users on that occasionally get a system account which then a default CWS policy is applied.

Somewhere in CWS there is a list usernames that can be edited so the name never gets utilized. I need to add users locale and prtuser the list.

whoami.scansafe.net results shows system accounts like "locale" and "prtuser"; where can I excluded such users so the proper policy is applied?

The tool I need help with is the CDA.

Specifically:

Mapping Filters

To create Mapping filters, complete the following steps:

Step 1 Choose Mappings > Filters .

Step 2 Click Add .

The Mapping Filters Configuration dialog box is displayed.

Step 3 Fill in the following details:

Username—Username of the device that needs to be blocked.

Step 4 Click Save .

When I click save it gives me the following error:

Failed to update configuration. The change on Mapping Filter was not processed.
