Hi There

We received an alarm stating that the key will expire in5 days, but when we check the license its fine.

The Warning message is:

Your "" key will expire in under 5 day(s). Please contact your authorized Cisco sales representative.

The feature keys you show listed match up with the main PAK from 3/17/2015:

Type: Sophos Anti-Virus, apply by: 16-APR-15, expires: 2018/03/14(35 months, 25 days)
Type: IronPort Web Reputation Filters, apply by: 16-APR-15, expires: 2018/03/14(35 months, 25 days)
Type: Webroot, apply by: 16-APR-15, expires: 2018/03/14(35 months, 25 days)
Type: Cisco IronPort Web Usage Controls, apply by: 16-APR-15, expires: 2018/03/14(35 months, 25 days)

With the serial provided, I see that there have been various license additions for File Analysis and File Reputation - perhaps those were demo keys that were never applied?

So - with that in mind - it is possible that your appliance is just alerting due to these feature keys, that will still be tied in the License side for the appliance. If you had not implemented the feature keys, then this would be a non-issue and safe to ignore. The feature would just stop working once the expiration date is met.
