    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We are in the testing stages of deploying Cisco CWS to our company. All end users have Cisco AnyConnect Web Security installed. I have excluded skype.com from normal filtering and HTTPS inspection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I can't recieve in/outbound Skype calls, if I stop Cisco AnyConnect Web Security service it works again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Anybody come accross this issue and a solution?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had this problem and managed to fix it by adding an exception in the Web Security&amp;nbsp;xml profile for all IPv6 addresses (::/0).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Worked straight away after that.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Russ,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That now works but the status of contacts is just a green circle and not a tick even though I have my test account logged in and online. Also the status icon next to my login name is going round and round. See attached Pic.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you have to exclude anything else?&lt;/P&gt;
