I believe anyone with a Cisco ID account can request a recategorization. You simply need to log into cisco.com with your Cisco ID. Alternatively the customer will need to submit that request.

Our 86borders.com domain is blocked by Cisco Firesight (it is wrongly classified as Pornography). Obviously this incorrect.

Whom should I contact to to get our domain whitelisted?

Thank you!

Thank you for the quick response.

Unfortunately we are not a CISCO customer and therefore do not have a service contract which is required to submit re-categorization.

What should we do in that case?

Thank you for your help!

It depends on which component

It depends on which component has you blacklisted; if it's URL Filtering, then you can submit a URL category change request with Brightcloud (https://www.brightcloud.com/tools/change-request-url-categorization.php).

If it's Security Intelligence, that's a separate database maintained by Cisco Talos, and we'll need to help you out with submitting a category change request.

Thanks,
