      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I´m trying to analyze some show techs but the tool is giving me&amp;nbsp; the following&amp;nbsp; error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cisco File Analysis: Unable to get opentoken cookie&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried with some old files that I probe weeks ago and I get the same result&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do the program crashed or something is wrong with my computer?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I started noticing this error also. I could not get it to analyze any output file or pasted.&lt;BR /&gt;Sounds like it may be a problem giving out the tokens. Also, I'm guessing you are referring to version 3.6.4 vs 6.3.4.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards ... Leslie&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
