CLI analyzer 6.3.4 error

Hi,

I´m trying to analyze some show techs but the tool is giving me the following error:

Cisco File Analysis: Unable to get opentoken cookie

I tried with some old files that I probe weeks ago and I get the same result

Do the program crashed or something is wrong with my computer?

I started noticing this error also. I could not get it to analyze any output file or pasted.
Sounds like it may be a problem giving out the tokens. Also, I'm guessing you are referring to version 3.6.4 vs 6.3.4.

The issue has now been resolved and we have successfully tested the File Analysis feature. Please let us know if you run into any other issues.
