Keyboard shortcut for fullscreen

In the feature guide, it shows a keyboard shortcut for Full Screen:

Shift-F / F11 / CTRL-Command-F Toggle Fullscreen (All Platforms / Windows / OS X)

I'm running Win10, and F11 doesn't work for me (or Shift-F). When I hit F11, it enters the following in the console:

Any ideas?

Hi Mike,

Can you please make sure you click away from the console window and double click the edge of the app? Then try full-screen screen shortcut.

Looks like that did it. It's hard to make it focus on the border.
