Cisco Finesse Screenpop Sample Gadget is not adjusting height

HI,
I am having a problem with height adjustment for customs website on finesse 11.6.

I created a wrap-up website and each time an agent received a call a wrap-up gadget (a 3rd party web server) will open on finesse, it was working fine till recently,where 3 out 10 calls the height won't get adjusted and only the first 29px show up (agent assume it did not open), and always the first call also the height wont get adjusted

I troubleshoot it further and found out that in the pop.js we have a function called gadget.windows.adjustheigh().

this function is not properly working.

the URL flow is as below

in the agent layout we add a /3rdpartytool/file/wrapup/pop.xml

pop.xml -> pop.js

can anyone help us with this problem
