    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;AIOps, or Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations, is a technological approach that combines artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and big data with traditional IT operations processes to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of managing and monitoring IT systems and infrastructure.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Gartner defined AIOps as “Combines big data and machine learning to automate IT operations processes, including event correlation, anomaly detection, and causality determination.” In plain English, AIOps is artificial intelligence for IT operations.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So, is it just another buzzword? No, many companies have already implemented it into their products or solutions.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;For example, in Cisco Catalyst Center (formerly Cisco DNA Center) and Cisco AppDynamics.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The goal of AIOps is to automate and enhance IT operations and service management. AIOps aims to reduce manual work in IT operations, speed up solving issues, and make proactive decisions to maintain system health and performance.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Here are some articles and videos on AIOps from Cisco:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
