Verifying user/phone association with AXL

I'm working on an interface for CUCM that will allow me to look up a phone and verify whether it is associated with the Application User RMJTAPI (used with UCCX). If there an AXL function that will allow me to view phones associated with an application user account?

I was not able to find any relative info regarding RMJTAPI ans AXL api. Request to find the document mentioned in the following url- Cisco DevNet: Express Configuration API - Overview
